1) Scalable to the unconnected: Our SMS chatbot allows the 80% + sellers without internet access to post into and use the marketplace - those with internet use the Farmster app.
2) Social network: every user has an online profile (even if they don't have the internet) and is connected to a network of growers / buyers
3) Logistics: It aggregates produce automatically for buyers and integrates optional delivery
4) Big Data: It builds transaction history (where no such history exists) and offers services from its data
